The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Had one 1 hour interview with the head of talent acquisitions (also leads recruiting/ staffing for port co's). Then had one 1 hour interview with one of the co-founders. The process was easy, not a single technical question. Asked simple questions - Why PE, Why Union Park, a lot of questions on past experiences, etc.. I wasn't asked back for the following round, was told that there would have been a case study but I'm not positive. Everyone on the team was really nice and laid back. Upper mgt. is mostly made up of ex battery venture guys.

Interview Questions
Tell me why I should hire you over a graduating senior who has more experience over you?

I applied as a sophomore/freshman and the internship usually hires older students from Boston area schools. Overall, the interview was very very laid back and I just talked about my experience and asked questions about the firm's strategies. I think if you show the initiative to reach out and have a resume with previous finance related work experience coupled with a decent GPA (think above 3.5), then they will take interest in you.
