Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The information above is slightly misleading. To be a USMC officer, you must be accepted by a paper board (without interview) then go to Officer Candidate School. OCS is a 10 week long haze-fest that pushes you with very little sleep (2-4 hours per night, never got more than 4 the entire time) and lots of induced stress by Sergeant Instructors to test your mettle.
