Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Submitted online application through Handshake with resume and cover letter. I was reached out a week later to schedule an interview. The interview was one round with all behavioral questions, no technicals. It mainly consisted of resume questions and why I wanted to intern at the company. They got back to me about the interview results in a month.

Interview
First talk with a data analyst through phone. The questions are simple but technical (all about stata and sas coding). Then interview with supervisors, know more about the projects, and some simple questions about flexibility, etc.
Interview Questions
There is no unexpected question to be honest. If you are familiar with SAS SQL, then I believe you could answer all of the question. There are some questions about STATA coding as well, like how to count the number of patients if you are given a claim-level dataset, and how to do fixed-effect regression.

I heard that the recruiting process has been much more difficult recently. They need to complete some coding tasks, and write some quantitative report to prove their writing and analysis ability. I haven't gone through this.

Interview
Interview invite was sent out about one week before the date(s) to interview. One group interview/team-based discussion, then one 1-on-1 interview with a member who sat in on the TBD.
Interview Questions
The TBD was more of a presentation on our (interviewees) end, so there wasn't a question per se. The 1-on-1 interview was mostly conversational and I don't think any questions were all that unique to Wharton. I think they assume if you are interviewing with them that you are interviewing at similar caliber places, so the interviewer really emphasized the question as to why specifically I am hoping to go to Wharton versus any other MBA school of my choosing. That said, it was kind of unexpected that they asked where else I had applied.

Interview
This interview is a sit-down with the head of Wharton's HCMG program. As the HCMG program is slightly distinct within Wharton, this interview is really what matters for you (assuming you don't bomb the group interview). If you impress the head, you are in.
Interview Questions
Explain your commitment to health care.

This is important because the program wants to weed out those who are just peripherally interested in HCMG. This is the opportune moment to talk about specifics regarding your background in the space. Make sure to prep for this.

Interview
This was the general (dreaded) group interview at Wharton. The basic logistics are as follows: About a month before the interview, you are given the interview prompt (for example, something along the lines of "Wharton is seeking to expand its offerings in this area, come up with a specific plan for expansion in one sector"). This allows you to work on the interview ahead of time. You are sat in a room with 6-7 others, and basically have 45 minutes to create a 5-minute presentation backing your point, give that presentation, and answer questions (make sure to leave time for questions). Everyone already has a pitch prepared, and you spend about half your time devising your general thesis, and another 10 minutes prepping the actual presentation. It's actually quite low-key, and a very fascinating approach, as you are judged more on your professionalism and ability to work well than on the end result.
Interview Questions
Which of your fellow interviewees would you want to work with most/least?

This is interesting because it really puts you on the spot and asks you to rank your fellow interviewees. You can say whatever you want as long as you are respectful and willing to back it up, but I recommend keeping it vanilla and choosing someone who was somewhat "just there".
Explain to me how you decided on this school over others?

This is more than just "Why Wharton". They want to hear that you really looked into other schools as well and are making an intelligent decision.
