Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via standard job board listing with standard resume, no cover letter. Got an email to set up a first round phone interview. Interviewed with a regional director. Went well. Was contacted again a week later by email to set up second and final interview. Second interview was a remote video interview with a different regional director. Light on technicals, mostly personality based. Was entry level for a fresh graduate which might explain the lack of technical questions. Received an offer 2 weeks later.
