1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on Handshake after recruiter reached out, received first round phone call interview 2 weeks later, asked a couple of behavioral questions (fit, example of using large data set to solve problem, time team disagreed with each other, etc), then final round with 2 MDs (mostly behavioral, cared a lot about how you stay updated on news, also some questions on the Fed / Macro stuff [target inflation rate, PCE vs CPI, etc]). Great people
