My experience interviewing with U.S. Bank for the 2027 Global Capital Markets Macro & Commodities Summer Analyst position was well organized and overall very professional. After submitting my application, I was contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a first-round interview, and the communication around scheduling and next steps was clear. The first round was primarily focused on behavioral questions, my interest in U.S. Bank and Global Capital Markets, my background, and why I was interested in macro and commodities. After advancing, I was invited to a second-round interview that was slightly more technical and markets-focused but overall behavioral. The questions covered areas such as macroeconomic trends, energy and commodity markets,  The people I interacted with were professional, straightforward, and knowledgeable,
