Interview
I was first approached by a Bank of America recruiter specific to US Trust. The first interview is more general, hoping to get a feeling for your understanding of the role and assess general fit. After that, you move to rounds where you will interview with members of the wealth management team on which you will sit. Typically that is 2-3 people culminating with the Private Client Advisor, for whom you will work.
Interview Questions
The interview questions tended more towards the personal and trying to get an understanding of your career ambitions and whether any experiences have synergies with the role. Since US Trust is part of BofA, lending/banking is prioritized in terms of previous knowledge. Any ability to speak to credit/lending products will move you to the top. Since the role is primarily client service, you will be asked about times when you have had to tell a customer/client "no" and also how you go about delivering bad news.

Interview Questions
Q: That is the biggest news right now and how is that impacting our industry. A: Fed decision on when to raise rates. With a historically low interest rate environment and a rate increase looming the markets are watching for signs as to when the increase will occur. Portfolios are being positioned to take advantage of the rate hike by favoring short duration highly liquid securities.

Group Interview
Interview
It started with two on campus interviews after I submitted my resume and cover letter via our career center. One of the one campus interviews was a group interview the other was a 1 on 1 interview. After that I received a call back for super day. Because of the recent weather my super day was canceled and my final two interviews were conducted over the telephone. I am currently waiting to hear back from US Trust. Overall it was a great process and the questions were all behavioral.
Interview Questions
Why wealth management?

How do you deal with an irate customer?

Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned from that failure?

Tell me about a time where you had a conflict within a group you worked with? What was your role in the group? And how was the conflict solved?

As I stated the interview was fairly easy, I didn't have a question that caught me off guard just prepare for a normal behavioral interview and you should be fine in this process. Also, display some personality during the interview I think this was key in my advancement.
