Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It started with two on campus interviews after I submitted my resume and cover letter via our career center. One of the one campus interviews was a group interview the other was a 1 on 1 interview. After that I received a call back for super day. Because of the recent weather my super day was canceled and my final two interviews were conducted over the telephone. I am currently waiting to hear back from US Trust. Overall it was a great process and the questions were all behavioral.
