Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I learned about the job and got the interview through an employee referral and personal connections. The first round was very informal - I had a zoom with one of the senior people at the company who I knew through a personal connection. He asked me about my background, what I knew about the company, why I was interested in the job etc. He then asked me for a copy of my resume which he forwarded to the guy who heads up recruiting for the analyst program. I had a phone call with that guy which was much of the same and then went to meet with him in Boston. He asked me to bring a copy of my resume and transcript. That interview consisted of more fit-based questions and then digging into personal experience and academic record. I then submitted three references. Finally, I had to meet with 6-8 people who had been through the analyst program and had varying levels of seniority. They asked me more basic fit questions and then asked me what I knew about Real Estate and some scenario based questions around property acquisition and development. A month or so later they offered me a job.
