The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews with various members of the team I worked on as well as with HR. I was asked basic comprehension questions about the technical aspects of the job (basic coding, project management software, etc.) and then asked in-depth questions about my past experiences (make sure you can really get specific with resume claims). I was not informed of compensation until my final round, but be warned, they pay all UG interns the same amount regardless of experiences or department. Onboarding came with 35+ pages of paperwork but that's standard for the industry.

Interview
Applied online. Two interviews: the first is with a PM and the second is with HR. The interview with the PM was more markets based the and the interview with HR was more about walking them through your resume. They told me to wait 1-2 weeks for a response after the second interview (currently coming up on the end of two weeks so am still waiting).
Interview Questions
Most unexpected would be the second interview which I didn't expect to be as serious as the first interview as it was with HR. Be sure to be able to answer the the walk me through your resume and fit questions perfectly. I did better with the more markets based questions asked by the PM in the first interview.

First interview was with 2 HR people. Second interview was with the head of the Muni department. Presumed third interview with the same person from the second interview, but I had already accepted another offer by then.
Interview Questions
"Have you heard of VanEck before the application"
"Any particular ETF's that stood out for you"
Second round interview wasn't really an interview, more of a role description, which gives you opportunity to demonstrate knowledge.
