Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first interview was with HR, it was pretty generic - asked about my experience, background, why I am seeking a new role. The second interview was with the PM - asked about my investment philosophy, what my process is for researching a stock, and asked me to pitch an idea that I find attractive at the moment.
