The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
This was for the Financial Services Consulting division of the company, NOT the larger tech consulting side of the company. The division was ALaS consulting which was bought out by Virtusa in 2011. Small division <100 people. Started out with OCR by attending company event. Networked successfully at the event and ended up getting invited for a first round on campus interview in the next week. Was interviewed for half an hour by my future manager, and it was mainly behavioral/fit oriented. I was asked some random questions just to see how I think, but nothing like a formal case. (i.e. think of a technology product you use everyday, and tell me how you would improve it). After making it through the first round, I was invited on site for final round interviews. I was interviewed by the head of each of the functional consulting groups at the firm, for half an hour each. It was a total of three interviews, and I was out of the office in about two hours. All interviews focused on my prior experience and relating it to consulting in terms of transferable skills, behavioral/fit questions, why consulting etc. I got the call with the offer a few days later.
