Summer Intern

Their timeline was relatively late; I applied in March for a summer internship and came in for an interview at their Manchester office during finals week. They were quite flexible in scheduling the interview. I met with 3 or 4 people during the interview process. None of them asked any technical questions, but one grilled me on every line of my resume and on relevant academic work. The rest were primarily basic fit questions about my previous internship experience, my sport, what I knew about the healthcare sector, and why I wanted to work there.
