Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied to a posting on my school's career site and received a request for a phone interview within a few weeks. Their recruiting tends to take place relatively late in the season- March to April or even May. Came into the office for an interview with Brandon, the VP of Strategy who runs the internship program, the Comptroller of a newer portfolio company, and Marketing Director of an established portfolio company. Brandon's interview was the most rigorous. The others were more friendly fit interviews.
