Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The firm reached out through a head hunter and I was first instructed to take their online aptitude test. This consisted of 50 questions in 15 minutes and was a mix of math, reading, writing, pattern recognition and reasoning. I did well enough on the test to receive a first round. The first round was a phone interview with heavy technical questions ranging from finance to industry specific questions. Also was asked numerous accounting questions. I did not make it past this round to the super day.
