The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Networked with a few analysts, associates, and a VP and received a first round phone interview. Interview was within a week of the notification of receiving an email. Interview was one on one with associate at the firm.
Interview Questions
Interview consisted of behavioral portion and technical portion. Behaviorals were typical resume walkthrough, why our bank, what does an investment bank do, etc. Question about the roles of analysts and associates were also included in that portion. Technical questions included the following: 4 valuation methods, how does a valuation using comparable companies and precedent transaction work, what is cheaper for a company to finance with (debt or equity), and finally a mental math question where you take revenue, grow it by 10% for two years, then turn that into EBIT using an ebitda margin and given depreciation.

Interview
They came to my school in order to conduct in person interviews. The next week I was selected for a final round super day, which would take place 2 weeks from the 1st interview. At the super day, I met with the majority of the firm and was interviewed by all levels of the banking hierarchy. 2 days later I received my offer.
Interview Questions
They asked me general technical banking questions as well as challenging brain teasers. They paid close attention to how a sell side process looks like, walking through a DCF and an LBO, as well as accounting and valuation questions. The hardest brain teaser was; if you have 8 identical balls, but one is slightly lighter than the rest of the group and I give you a scale that you can only use 2 times, how would you be able to select the lightest ball in the group with 100% accuracy every single time?

Interview Questions
Why VRA?
Where else have you been interviewing?
Why VRA specifically over other small boutique banking firms you have interviewed with, such as
Brookwood, Breckenridge, and TM Capital? (This was a very difficult question. The Atlanta boutiques
all appear to be very similar to each other).
