Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They came to my school in order to conduct in person interviews. The next week I was selected for a final round super day, which would take place 2 weeks from the 1st interview. At the super day, I met with the majority of the firm and was interviewed by all levels of the banking hierarchy. 2 days later I received my offer.
