The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

The interview process consisted of 4 main rounds of virtual interviews. The first, second and third rounds were one on one's with an analyst and two assosciates. The 4th round was a superday lasting 2 and a half hours with VPs and MDs. Mostly behavioural questions but some technicals. Explain a yield curve. Interview

Three rounds of interviews. First two were phone screens leading to a super day with around 9 people in the firm ranging from analysts to mds. The process is pretty disorganized. One of my friends also interviewed and the firm rejected him while he was scheduling for his next round. Interview focused more on personality for the seniors while the juniors liked to ask fixed income brain teasers.

Interview Questions

Question about calculating something about a bonds if it changes yield. What is bond duration and prepayment risk? Questions about the financial crisis and the role of rmbs.

Interview

Quick and easy. lots of brainteasers throughout the process. 2 phone interviews followed by superday at office with around 10 interviews.

Interview Questions

Difficult brainteasers with math, quant finance and coding questions. Behavioural questions about failiures and weaknesses that really challenged me. Questions about why fixed income, why waterfall, why MBS/ABS. Know a lot about abs and what waterfall does as it is very unique. Personal interests,, why did you choose that school. Tell me about your family, siblings etc. Very behavioural overall with a series of difficult brainteasers throughout most inteviews that are not trivial - review quant finance guides.
