Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Fairly straightforward. Initial phone interview is brief and with an HR recruiter. Standard overview of your resume. A standard math test is given on the interview day. Not technical, just high school level math. I think everyone gets it. In-person interview with managers is immediately after. Mine was with two of them. Fairly basic questions. Offer came within a few days.
