Financial Analyst Manager

The interview was three part. It consisted of meeting with two of the principals, and another analyst after a two hour question session. I first was interviewed on the phone prior to being asked to come in for the interview. The questions were about Bloomberg terminal, how to value companies and corporate finance issues. Macro factors were also a big part of the discussion but I did not get questioned about these, we just discussed the macro factors that affect capital markets. After the group interview, I went to another room and was interviewed one on one with an analyst that works there. We discussed the position more and my drive to get the job. Then after that we went to a computer room where I had to take an excel exam and model out charts for macro events and financials. The entire process was over 3 hrs long.
