1st Year Research Associate

First round was via phone with 3 different people. 1 HR, 2 different PMs, one was equity and one was fixed income. Very resume and personality focused with multiple questions about experiences. Final round was in office from 6:30am to 3pm. Started with 90minutes to learn a company, they give you 2 10ks, 2 earnings transcripts and 1 sell side report. You then watch the morning meeting via video conference. After that you pitch the company you learned about to a panel of 6-8 PMs. After which you meet/interview with about 6 others over a few hours.
