The best way to obtain interviews at Wellington is through headhunters & outside recruiters... no matter how many jobs I applied to online OR had a friend / someone in my network refer me for the role I could not obtain interviews that way.
They are a very professional firm and group of people, and you should act accordingly / conservative. Interviews consisted of 1 on 1 meetings - which all went very well and I received positive feedback. No tricks, no challenging questions, it was mostly about fit. I however did not get the offer because I did not have the exact type of experience with the asset class, it was for a very niche asset class.
