Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The recruiter reached out to me. I interviewed on the phone with about 4 people before being offered a chance to write a paper as a test for the next level. I wrote the paper and was invited to speak with a partner over the phone. After a week, I was invited up to interview in person. The on-site interview was nothing unexpected.
