Equity Research Associate

I applied for this position through a recruiter recently. After making it through the initial resume screening, I was asked to conduct an initial interview over the phone. The interview was approximately 20 minutes long, and consisted of very basic behavioral questions. I was first asked to walk my interviewer through my resume. After getting about 1/3 of the way through, my interviewer started asking questions. The interview carried on like a conversation from that point forward. As you can see from what I've provided below, the questions I was asked were strictly softball behavioral questions. I was also given a few minutes at the end of the interview to ask several questions of my own.
