Wellington goes through a ton of interviews. Started with the group head through an external referral. Then a phone screen with HR. Interviewed with north of 10 people in person from jr associates to executive leadership. Mix of technical and behavioral. Felt like each person had a different mandate on what they were assessing. Laid back interviews for the most part.
