Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Application involved 4-page research item in addition to resume, cover letter, and transcript. Met with 4 people for 1on1 interviews: HR woman, woman running the rotational program, a PM, and a director of some sort in the group. HR interview was just to tell me how the day would go, other interviews were mix of behavioral, describing my current job, and giving them my pitch (I submitted a stock pitch in the application). Didn't get invited to final round which would have included an on-site research assignment where you are given certain materials and after a time period to look through them you make a buy/sell recommendation to interviewers. Everyone was friendly and professional
