Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was 2 separate 30 minute phone interviews with 2 managers. Consisted of general background and research questions. Next round is the super day. To start the day you're given 1 hour with stacks of information on 2 companies. Then throughout the day you have ~5 1 on 1 interviews with investors at the firm and at some point during the day you have 30 minutes to pitch one of the stocks from that morning to a round table of investors and managers.
