1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to school alumni for interview. First round consisted of behavior questions and explanation of why I was moving firms etc. I was asked to explain my prior role in depth and what I got out of it and how I could apply it to research in the new position. Technicals weren’t really asked outright but the conversation was clearly aimed to weed out those who didn’t know the ins and outs of FI research or what they were talking about.
