Undergraduate Summer Intern

The initial interview was a phone interview with a member of HR. About a week later, I had back-to-back phone interviews with two other people. I was invited to superday after that, which consisted of 5 or 6 1-on-1 interviews and a stock pitch presentation (chosen from given stocks on that day). All of the interviews were behavioral, very fit focused. The only technical part was the stock pitch. Overall, have a passion for investing and if your personality meshes with the firm, the process is not that bad, although there are a lot of interviews.
