Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I recently interviewed for a summer 2014 internship position in Asset Backed Finance for Wells Fargo. I had 4 different 30 minute phone interviews. Some questions involved mental math (what's 17x22), other questions were about when to raise debt vs. equity, and a majority of the questions were about the resume ("tell me about a time"). I'm excited that I will be attending Superday in Charlotte next week for the final round of interviews, but I wanted to hear some feedback of people who have already been to a Wells Fargo Superday, specifically for ABF.
