Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied in late August through a campus resource and heard back about a month later. Scheduled a screen with two associates in two different groups. Got a call from the MD and did my final interview with her promptly after. First interview with Associates was mostly fit/behavioral questions with 2-3 technicals that anybody should be able to answer i.e. explain how a loan gets paid back and the difference between principal and interest, why a developer would want to raise equity versus taking on loans, and parts of a Pro Forma for a mutlifamily property.
