Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was straughtforward and easy. I obtained my interview through a diversity event and was put into an accelerated interview process. After the diversity event, the next week was 1st round phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes with an MD and one other analyst. It was all behavioral question. Two-three weeks later was Superday on Zoom. This consisted of 2 interviews back to back with 2 other bankers (MDs, VP, and associates). Again, it was mostly behavioral with a few relatively easy technical questions. In the next 2 ish days after Superday I received my offer via phone call.
