Please describe the interview / hiring process.
At the time, I was a part of a networking group sponsored by an NGO with which the company partnered. Our group set a up a day with multiple interviews with multiple partners. Many students had more than 3 interviews, myself included. One of my interviews with another bank ran late by a few minutes (less than 5), thus I about 5 minutes late to my interview with Wells Fargo. The interviewer was visibly annoyed and proceeded to conduct a very uncomfortable interview, where it was evident I had no chance at securing a position.
