Commercial Real Estate Summer Financial Analyst

The first interview was a quick phone interview with the head of the regional office and a relationship manager. This lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of typical fit questions (why Real Estate, why WF, tell us about yourself, etc.) and one technical question (how would you evaluate a loan for an apartment building). The second round interview was about 45 minutes long and was accounting heavy. They asked how to prepare a cash flow statement, what would a developer have on their balance sheet, which financial statement is most important to look at when deciding whether or not to make a loan, describe the 3 financial statements and how they are related. They also want to see that you keep up with Commercial Real Estate news.
