Commercial Strategies Summer Financial Analyst

They process began with a one-on-one interview on campus that last for about 30 minutes and consisted of walking through my resume and answering 3 behavioral and 3 technical questions (mostly related to financial statements). Then, I was informed I was eligible for a final round interview about a week later upon completion of a personal questionnaire that asked questions about my experience with financial modeling and financial statement analysis along with leadership questions. Finally, I received a final round at their Austin office where I had a casual 1 on 1 interview about the type of work product I would be doing and a more formal interview with two members of the department that consisted of similar behavioral and technical questions. Everything was very professional without being too cold or intimidating.
