Corporate Banking Analyst

Applied online. I came in as an experienced lateral so it was very laid back and low pressure. Had first "screening" call with one of the group leaders and was briefed on how the group was structured and what my preferences were for what groups. Then it progressed to one on one phone calls which eventually led to superday. Between the initial phone screen to the last interview, I had 9 interviews, including the five separate interviews in the superday.
