Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was basically all behaviorals to see if you were a culture fit. Asked for many items on resume as well as some hypotheticals. During the superday, it was with 10 other people online however we broke out into breakout rooms and it was 2 on 1 interview where VP and Directors would ask about EBITDA, 3 statements, synergies, why Wells, etc.
