Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and through our career development website. I went through campus interview and after around 2/3 weeks of consideration I received an email to move to the next round. The second round consisted of direct interviews with two VP back-to-back. After another 2 weeks, I received another email me I had moved to Wells superday. This includes a presentation overview, back to back interviews with VPs/the hiring manager/a MD, and small networking event to chat.
