Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview process:
I had one phone-call with two associates in the corporate banking side of Wells Fargo CIB. Both associates were of different coverage groups. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral, with several technicals sprinkled in between. I was told I'd here back about the super-day in 2 weeks.
SuperDay:
After 2 weeks passed, I was told I had a SuperDay with the firm. It would consist of two interviews, with each interview containing two interviewers. My first interview was with across two vice-presidents while my second interview was with a MD and an associate. Both interviews contained behaviorals and technicals.
