Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First was contacted by recruiter who received my resume from banking program at my school. First 30 minute phone interview, then invited to a super day format at the Houston offices, about 12 total candidates interviewing for 2 spots. Had five interviews in the morning, two on one format, most were good cop/bad cop type. Good would ask softball personality/fit, bad would try and stump you with a technical question. No questions specific to energy- they don't expect you to know the industry yet.
