Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: interviewed with two people on the team. Behavioral interview and then was asked questions regarding basic finance (how to read a financial statement; what certain metrics mean; how to build a DCF; how would you evaluate a stock). Between the 1st and 2nd round, I was asked to build a model and write a report on a stock that the team covers. And for the 2nd round, I presented my analysis to the team and then went to lunch with them.
