the interview process was three rounds. it started with an online application on the school website. then a phone interview consisting of primarily behavioral questions about how you do in different types of situations, are you a team player etc. the next round is a 1 on 1 on campus interview, this is more behavioral questions with a few basic technical questions thrown in. the questions are very basic finance or accounting questions used to assess your level of knowledge of finance. usually simple things like naming the 4 financial statements. then the final interview is the panel interview where there are 3-4 people asking you questions about your life, what you have done and what you want to do. they will also ask some more advanced question like how to calculate different financial ratios and what is the structure of the cash flow statement. this is followed up with a formal offer within 2-4 weeks of the interview.
