Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Candidates were flown to San Francisco (company's headquarters) at the end of the summer to interview for full-time roles the following year. The interviews were a super-day format: each candidate had six interviews, with two interviewers each time. Following the super-day, I was contacted regarding placement/location and for an additional phone interview. Interview questions depended on the interviewer: some spent the entire interview asking technical questions, and others just asked fit/personal questions.
