Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Saw a posting on my college job board for an opening in the Wells Fargo Institutional & Metro Markets Group (now just known as Wells Fargo CRE) as part of the Financial Analyst Program. Reached out to the then current employer (an alum of my university), who agreed to forward along my resume and prep me for the interview. I had a first round phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes, and consisted of three people in my current group asking me questions about my resume and experience. About two weeks later, I was sent a "mock deal", which involved some basic real estate analysis and a 1-2 page investment memo detailing my recommendation. A week after that, I was told that I was moving to the final round, and would be coming into the office in Boston. As part of the final round, I interviewed with two of the Senior Vice Presidents/Team Leads for about an hour (basic resume stuff, some technical questions, and questions about why I was interested in RE), went to lunch with one of the Assistant Vice Presidents and an Analyst, and then had a final 45 minute interview with the head of the group. Three days later, I was called and told that I would be getting an offer. I accepted the offer two days later.
