What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a 1:1 interview OCR interview. A process was fairly behavioral asking questions just as Why Wells, Why FAP program. Very basic technicals such as explain the 3 financial statements. Super day consisted of 3 interviews and a writing assessment. Interviews were also majority behavioral but included more conceptual finance questions related to lending.
