Financial Analyst Program

I was selected through OCR to interview for the FAP program. I interviewed with two Relationship Managers from the LA office. The interview was very causal and non-technical. It was also nice because I had met one of the interviewers the night before at a pre-interview mixer. I had done my research on the company and talked to a few analysts in the program currently, so I knew what to expect from them and felt very prepared. The interview went very well, I thought. I received a phone call a week or so later to say that my application was on hold. about 3 weeks later I called again and was told that I would not be proceeding to second rounds. Disappointing, but it was a good overall experience.
