Financial Analyst Program

I first reached out to an senior banker that had spoke at one of our student organizations. He liked my assertiveness and follow up and told me I'd here from a recruiter. After getting an email from the Campus Recruiter we set up a first round phone interview. The questions were fairly straight forward about financial statements and situations. Glassdoor.com was very helpful because the question were static and HR structured so they were pretty much the exact ones I expected (e.g. Walk me through the three financial statements. Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict.). After the first round phone interview they brought us in for a super day. There were 8 candidates total, in 2 rounds of 4. There were 4 interview rounds per candidate consisting mostly of 2 on 1 and some 1 on one. I heard back within 2 days and accepted the offer.

Summary: 2 interview sessions. 1 phone interview and 1 superday with 4 separate, 30 minute interviews.
