Financial Analyst Program (FAP)

The entire process is INCREDIBLY disorganized. There is no central point of contact, and HR isn't very involved in the process. The different team basically handles recruiting. They source resumes (although some come from HR/online), do the on campus recruiting, interview, and do follow-ups/reference checks. It seems that most offices are functioning this way. It's suppose to be the other way around, where the FAP recruiters send resume's to the respective offices.


I had a phone interview and got invited to a second to a second round and never heard back from them. A month later I was told that the location that I picked had limited opportunities and the road stopped there. Didn't go to a second round that I was invited to.
