Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was invited to a superday after passing the initial phone screening. They flew us to San Francisco for the day and had a few senior management speak to us about how great Wells Fargo is and the Financial Analyst Program. Superday consisted of 5 interviews with 2 senior management interviewing you from each group within Corporate Banking. Everyone was nice and seemed like a great place to start a career, I got the offer but I declined it.
