Financial Analyst Program - TMT Corporate Banking

I got a request to phone screen about a week after applying and had the interview about 2 weeks after that. 3 weeks passed by, where the recruiter called me to say the hiring manager had chosen to interview me, but I would have to complete a written report by the next 24 hours. The written report is not that bad, you have to read some information about a company (~4 pages) and answer 5-6 questions. About 2 days after, the hiring manager emailed me to schedule a 1 on 1 interview for the following week. The interview involved many questions, but you'll find about 90% of them on Glassdoor (a lot of behavioral and why questions). It went well overall and lasted for about 1.5 hours. This location focused on venture deals for Fintech, even though it's corporate banking (>$500MM Revenues), so ask the recruiter or hiring manager prior to seen him so you prepare well. This is where I'm sure I messed up on, when he asked about startups. He said I was 1 of 6 selected from +200 applicants and 3-4 would be chosen to interview with the team, and I should hear back within 2-3 weeks. I asked for update at the 3rd week, no response. I asked for another update a little bit over a week later and was told by the manager I did not make it to the final round.
